Job summary

Tachyon Technologies in India is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the design, blueprinting, and governance of S/4HANA implementations across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield projects. You will shape scalable SAP landscapes and define migration frameworks.

You'll drive end-to-end architecture, assess fits, and guide SOA integration with SAP BTP, CPI, EDI, APIs, and middleware, while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring best practices and clean core governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in SAP architecture and delivery of S/4HANA projects.
• SAP Certified in S/4HANA Solution Architecture or relevant modules.
• Experience with hyperscaler deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and HANA DB sizing.
• Exposure to RISE with SAP and Hybrid Landscape architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end S/4HANA architecture across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield implementations on cloud.
• Conduct AS-IS analysis, fit-gap assessment, and target solution design.
• Lead SAP Activate methodology, Solution Blueprint, and architectural runway planning.
• Architect integration strategy leveraging SAP BTP, CPI, EDI, IDoc, APIs, Event Mesh, and 3rd-party middleware.
• Establish Clean Core governance, custom code remediation, and DevOps standards.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the design, blueprinting, and governance of S/4HANA implementations, including Greenfield (new implementation), Brownfield (system conversion), and Bluefield (selective transformation) approaches. The role demands deep expertise in S/4HANA functional capabilities, enterprise architecture, integration strategy, and migration frameworks to deliver scalable and future-ready SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end S/4HANA architecture across system transformation scenarios (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield implementations on cloud).
• Conduct AS-IS analysis, fit-gap assessment, and target solution design aligned to business outcomes.
• Lead SAP Activate methodology, Solution Blueprint, and architectural runway planning.
• Greenfield: new process design, master data strategy, and clean core principles.
• Brownfield: system conversion planning, custom code remediation, execution oversight, simplification item handling.
• Strong knowledgeof SAP simplification items, data model changes, business process redesign, and clean core architecture
• SUM/DMO, SAP SLO, BODS, SLT, Migration Cockpit, S/4 Migration Object Model
• Custom code remediation using SCI, ATC, Quick Fix, and Code Pushdown techniques
• Architect integration strategy leveraging SAP BTP, CPI, EDI, IDoc, APIs, Event Mesh, and 3rd-party middleware.
• Define Extensibility strategy using BTP ABAP Environment, Side-by-Side Extensions, BAS, RAP, CAP, Workflows, Build APPs
• Fiori Architecture, Launchpad strategy, UI5 apps, and role-based UX design
• Establish Clean Core governance, custom code optimization, and DevOps standards.
• Understanding of SAP core modules with at least a deep understanding of (Finance/Supply chain) is preferred
• Collaborate with technical teams for performance tuning, sizing, security architecture, and system landscape design.
• Provide architectural guidance to stakeholders, steering committees, and delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Best Practices, enterprise standards, and solution scalability.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified in S/4HANA Solution Architecture or relevant modules
• Experience with hyperscaler deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), HANA DB architecture, and infrastructure sizing
• Exposure to RISE with SAP , Hybrid Landscape architecture
