Job summary
Careernet is seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant SAP S/4HANA EAM for its Plant Maintenance Solutions team in Hyderabad. The role blends business process expertise with SAP technology, delivering scalable SAP EAM solutions and working with ABAP/Fiori developers, integration and DevOps teams.
You will design end-to-end SAP EAM processes, explore 9-Phase Maintenance, Planning Buckets and capacity planning, and create Fiori-first UX for planners and technicians while supporting FSM and APM use

Responsibilities
- Act as a Techno-Functional expert in SAP S/4HANA EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Understand maintenance and asset-management requirements and translate them into SAP standard solution designs.
- Design, configure and enhance end-to-end SAP EAM processes.
- Work with modern S/4HANA maintenance concepts such as 9-Phase Maintenance Model, Planning Buckets, Capacity-Oriented Planning, Maintenance Planning and Execution.
- Design Fiori-first, role-based user experiences for planners, supervisors and technicians.
- Work with standard SAP Fiori applications and support targeted Fiori/UI5 extensions.
- Contribute to SAP Field Service Management (FSM) capabilities for mobile execution, dispatching and technician enablement.
- Support SAP Asset Performance Management (APM) use cases, including condition-based and predictive maintenance.
- Conduct business workshops, requirements analysis and gap assessments.
- Translate business requirements into SAP standard-oriented solution concepts.
- Define and support RICEFW and integration requirements.
- Collaborate with ABAP, ABAP OO, Fiori/UI5, Integration and DevOps teams.
- Support unit testing, integration testing and UAT.
- Support deployment, data migration and post-go-live activities.
- Provide 2nd/3rd-level production support and participate in change management.
- Work with global stakeholders to drive standardization, clean-core principles and sustainable SAP solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant SAP S/4HANA EAM to join the Plant Maintenance Solutions team.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of business process expertise and SAP technology, helping design and deliver scalable, standardized and sustainable SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, ABAP/Fiori developers, integration teams and DevOps teams to translate maintenance and asset-management requirements into effective SAP solutions.

We are looking for a Techno-Functional SAP PM/EAM professional who can understand both the business side of maintenance processes and the technical side of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 - 10 years of SAP experience
- Strong SAP PM/EAM background
- At least 3+ years of hands-on S/4HANA EAM experience
- Strong Fiori experience
- Good technical knowledge of ABAP/ABAP OO, CDS, OData and UI5
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work in a global environment
Bachelor's/Master's degree in:
