IT Solution Expert - SAP Technofunctional and Data Migration Consultant

Location: Bangalore - Karnataka, India & Pune - Maharashtra, India

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement specific domain processes in S/4 HANA environment.
• Participate in global rollouts and new implementations, including process and system design, configuration, integration testing, user training, and post go‑live support.
• Leverage technical implementation knowledge and Fiori apps where applicable.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in S/4 environment as part of the techno‑functional role.
• Integrate with other modules and ensure smooth business process flows.
• Operate across project and service phases, providing ongoing support and transition for implemented solutions.
• Facilitate business process discussions and translate requirements into IT specifications.
• Collaborate with SAP team members on cross‑functional solutions, including testing, design, implementation, and documentation.
• Work with key stakeholders to design and configure solutions that meet business requirements using best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• 5–10 years of professional IT experience in SAP, with strong technical skills.
• Expert knowledge of one or two SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, PP, PS, SD) and working knowledge of other modules.
• Mandatory knowledge of Project Management processes and ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience working in an agile environment, building long‑term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
