Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions.

Do

1. Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise
2. For new business implementation projects, drive end-to-end processes from requirement management to deployment
3. Check feasibility of change requirements and provide solutions with clear timelines
4. Support the solutioning team from architectural design to testing and deployment
5. Understand functional and technical design and architecture for ERP systems
6. Customize, extend, modify, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and deployment
7. Implement business processes and translate requirements into ERP solutions
8. Write code adhering to development standards
9. Provide product support and maintenance, resolving technical issues
10. Create automation tools to optimize processes
11. Coordinate between technical and functional requirements, advising clients or teams accordingly
12. Support on-site and off-site teams as needed

Skill Upgradation and Competency Building

• Complete Wipro exams and certifications to upgrade skills
• Attend trainings and seminars to enhance knowledge
• Publish papers, articles, or case studies on intranet

Performance Parameters

1. Contribution to projects: quality, SLA adherence, tickets resolved, customer satisfaction
