Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions.

Do

1. Bridge the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise.
2. Drive end-to-end processes for new business implementations, from requirement management to deployment.
3. Check the feasibility of change requirements and provide solutions with clear timelines.
4. Support the solutioning team in architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation.
5. Understand functional and technical design and architecture for ERP systems.
6. Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and deployment.
7. Implement business processes and translate requirements into ERP solutions.
8. Write code adhering to developmental standards and decide on implementation methodology.
9. Provide product support and resolve technical issues for ERP solutions.
10. Create automation tools to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
11. Align technical and functional project requirements and advise clients or teams accordingly.
12. Support on-site management and provide off-site support as needed.

Skill upgradation and competency building

• Clear Wipro exams and internal certifications periodically.
• Attend trainings and seminars to enhance domain knowledge.
• Publish papers, articles, and case studies on the intranet.

Deliver

Performance parameters include contribution to customer projects, automation, skill upgradation, and other metrics.
