Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in building materials sales, along with a strong network of contacts within the construction industry. You will develop sales strategies, onboard clients, and achieve sales targets while providing technical demonstrations of products. This position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in CRM tools, along with a degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or an MBA in Marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales of ALC panels or similar lightweight building materials.
• Strong network in the construction and real estate industry across MP region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote ALC wall panels.
• Identify and onboard new clients including builders and contractors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through B2B sales.
