Job summary

Sun Pharma in Halol (India) is seeking a Management Associate with 5+ years of experience in instrumentation/electrical maintenance. The role involves maintenance management for utility systems, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring readiness of critical spare parts.

Diploma in Instrumentation or Electrical is required, with responsibilities spanning qualification activities, QMS documents, and collaboration with QA/QE/Production teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Instrumentation or Electrical required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance/engineering experience.
• Candidate should be capable of coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management (B/D and PM) of Utility.
• Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
• Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, QE, Production and Purchase).
• Ensure availability of the spares of critical equipments.
• Ensure departmental participation in Qualification activity and approval of Qualification documents.
• Handling and monitoring of BMS System.
• Participate in Technical Investigations.
• Timely initiate and closing of QMS Documents.
• Ensure Documents are maintained as per SOP.
• Carrying out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
