Job summary

Yotta Data Services, India’s leading sovereign AI infrastructure and cloud platform provider, seeks an Automation Engineering professional. You will design automation frameworks to optimize workflows, manage SLAs, and govern system KPIs while minimizing day-to-day incident handling.

This role emphasizes cross-team collaboration and continuous process improvements. Your work includes building BI reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to improve service delivery speeds and ensure governance

Qualifications

• Must-have: advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across teams and management.
• Hands-on experience with automation, reporting, and KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Automation Engineering: design, build, and maintain automation scripts and BI reports to remove bottlenecks.
• SLA Governance: define, negotiate, and monitor SLAs and OLAs for compliance.
• Process Optimization: identify manual processes and engineer automated workflows to speed delivery.
• Performance Reporting: analyze data to build KPI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: work with Incident Management to implement automated fixes.

Job Scope

This role bridges technical innovation and operational governance.

You will design automation frameworks to optimize workflows whiledirectly managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client expectations. Byautomating manual processes and governing system KPIs, you will driveoperational excellence without handling day-to-day incident management.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Engineering: Design, build, and maintain automation scriptsand BI reports to eliminate operational bottlenecks.

SLA Governance: Develop, negotiate, and monitor SLAs and OperationalLevel Agreements (OLAs) to ensure strict compliance.

Process Optimization: Identify manual work patterns and engineerautomated workflows to improve service delivery speeds.

Performance Reporting: Analyze system data to build KPI dashboards,providing performance visibility to stakeholders.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with the internal Incident Managementteam to implement long-term automated fixes for recurring technical issues.

Must-have skill

• Advanced experience withMicrosoft Office Suite
• Experience with Excel &Power BI preferred

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Power BI, datavisualization and dashboard creation
• Basic understanding of SLA/OLA managementand service delivery processes
• Experience in processautomation and workflow optimization

Qualifications Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree incomputer science or related field preferred .

Certification Criteria

• Relevant certification in ITService Management (ITIL) is an advantage
