Job summary

• Assist customers with initial product evaluations and testing to enable successful implementations.
• Connect technical requirements to business needs for project success.
• Respond to RFIs or RFPs, communicating the product's differentiators.
• Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
• Manage and deliver technical validation activities including proofs of concept.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Propose Cloud architecture usingopensource Cloud orchestrator (Primarily CloudStack), Virtualization andautomation technology in a complex multi-tenant environment.
• Proactively engage with customers and prospectsto demonstrate our solutions and effectively communicate the keydifferentiators.
• To set the stage for successful implementationby assisting customers with initial product evaluations and testing.
• Connecting the dots between the technicalrequirements of a project and the business requirements is elemental to thesuccess of this position.
• Respond to RFIs or RFPs, communicating theProduct's differentiators.
• Prepare and deliver differentiated solutionpresentations or technical proposals.
• Manage and/or deliver technical validationactivities including Proof Of Concepts.
• Build relationships, enable and work with ourpartners to find and realize opportunities.

Must-have skill

• Experience with the implementation of cloud solutions inan enterprise environment.
• Thorough understanding of Cloud Technologies &Concepts, working knowledge in atleast one of the leading Private CloudPlatforms like VCloud, OpenStack, CloudStack etc.
• Thorough understanding of Virtualization concepts of theleading hypervisors (ESXi/KVM).
• Thorough understanding of container technologies,especially Kubernetes.

Good-to-HaveSkills

• Strong knowledge of network and application security,infrastructure hardening, security baselines, web server, and databasesecurity.
• Knowledge of other enterprise products and solutions likeStorage, Security and Compute solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills, experience ofpreparing technical proposals, RFP responses and BoQs.
• High Excellent presentation skills and composure in frontof all levels of technical and business customers or prospects.
• Ability to work within a dynamic and fast pacedinternational environment.
• Proven experience of managing Proof of Concept activitiesfor customers in the Cloud Domain.
• Takes responsibility for projects and strategicinitiatives. Strive for standardization and simplification in allaspects of work.
