Job summary

Narayan Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join the Automation Energy Digital Division.

You will own technical writing, documentation, XML/DITA, and structured authoring while collaborating with R&D, PLM and testing teams.

Must have strong technical English and editing skills, plus experience with Skribenta CCMS, SharePoint, Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SDLC/DDLC concepts and topic-based authoring for content reuse is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write clear, structured technical documentation.
• Proficiency in XML/DITA and structured authoring methods.
• Experience with topic-based authoring and content reuse.
• Familiarity with SDLC and DDLC concepts.
• Hands-on with CCMS tools such as Skribenta.
• Ability to work with SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and MS Office.
• Strong technical English with editing and review capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with R&D, PLM and testing teams.
• Knowledge of documentation review and approval processes.
• Experience in automation energy/industrial domains is a plus.
