Job summary

• Manage learning operations including attendance, assessments, feedback, and reporting.
• Maintain training records and learning dashboards.

• Conduct refresher sessions and support continuous learning initiatives.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate strong content creation and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts/processes.
