Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in training, learning consulting, or learning delivery operations.
• Experience with designing learning solutions and delivering programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify training needs.
• Design, develop, and implement learning solutions and training strategies.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs for employees and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain training content, materials, assessments, and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to align learning with goals.
• Monitor learner performance, training effectiveness, and engagement metrics.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in training delivery.
