Job summary

Maven Workforce Inc. in India is seeking a Technical Trainer (SMT / FATP) based in Kolar with 5–9 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, automobile or general manufacturing environments. The role covers basic and technical training, SOP adherence, and on‑the‑job coaching for new associates.

You will lead monthly/annual training plans, deploy skilled manpower to lines, emphasize safety, quality and productivity, and drive structured problem‑solving to eliminate production failures.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering basic and technical training.
• Capable of theoretical, practical and on‑job training.
• Familiar with TPS and lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke and MS Excel.
• Ability to design monthly/annual training programs.
• Experience conducting employee surveys and interviews.
• Strong communication on safety, quality and productivity.
• Systematic problem-solving to reduce production issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic and technical training per SOP.
• Deliver theoretical, practical and on‑the‑job training to associates.
• Implement TPS and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Theoretical, Practical & On job training for new associates Providing refreshment , re training to OP's based on Production demand DL attendance and multiskilling and Initiative of behavioral trainings Technical training Initiating like TPS , lean manufacturing Ensuring of functional trainings Like 5s,kaizen,POKA YOKE , MS excel Conduct employee surveys and interview Building monthly/annual training program and preparing teaching plans Deployment of skilled manpower to lines Regular communication to operators on safety, quality, and productivity improvement Ensure operators working according to standards (work instructions, Handling instructions etc.) Ensure Employee performance through grape chart indicator Eliminating Production related failures through systematic problem-solving methods
