Job summary

Channelplay is seeking a knowledgeable Product Trainer to develop and deliver training programs across architectural hardware, kitchen & furniture fittings, and security solutions. The role focuses on enhancing product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer satisfaction for internal teams, channel partners, and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth product training on features, applications, installation techniques, and usage across product lines.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing upskilling sessions for sales teams, field executives, and channel partners.
• Design engaging training content such as presentations, manuals, videos, and installation guides for diverse audiences.
• Lead live product demonstrations and hands-on workshops at training centers or partner locations.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to stay updated on launches, innovations, and specs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and field performance metrics.
• Maintain training logs, reports, and improvement plans.
• Support trade shows and exhibitions with product demos and training.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Product Trainer to join our team, specializing in architectural hardware, kitchen & furniture fittings, and security solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering effective product and skill-based training programs to internal teams, channel partners, and field staff to enhance product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth training sessions on product features, applications, installation techniques, and usage across product lines (e.g, hinges, drawer systems, locks, smart security systems, etc)
• Conduct onboarding and regular upskilling sessions for sales teams, field executives, and channel partners
• Design engaging training content including presentations, manuals, videos, and installation guides tailored to various audiences
• Conduct live product demonstrations and hands-on workshops in training centers or at partner locations
• Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to stay updated on new launches, innovations, and technical specifications
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and field performance metrics
• Maintain accurate training logs, reports, and improvement plans
• Support trade shows, exhibitions, and customer education initiatives by providing product demos and training.
