About the Role

Software Product Trainer (SaaS)to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering engaging product training sessions to new customers, internal teams and channel partners. Your goal is to ensure that users understand the value of our platform, navigate it confidently and use it effectively to meet their business needs.

Experience 1-2 years

Responsibilities

• Conduct product training sessions for new customers, partners and internal teams.
• Create onboarding materials like video tutorials, how-to guides and user manuals.
• Customize training programs based on audience needs (beginners, advanced users, internal teams).
• Support product launches by educating users on new features and updates.
• Collect feedback from sessions and improve training delivery and materials.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Marketing teams to keep content aligned.
• Maintain and update knowledge base or LMS with up-to-date training content.
• Design and develop training materials, including manuals, slide decks and e-learning modules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in SaaS product training, customer onboarding or technical education.
• Excellent communication, public speaking and instructional design skills in English and Tamil.
• Strong knowledge of software applications and technical training.
• Ability to explain complex features in a simple and engaging way.
• Proficiency with training tools like Loom, Canva, Notion or LMS platforms.
• Good understanding of SaaS products and customer workflow.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Proficiency in creating training materials and using LMS.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
