Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Chandigarh is seeking a Technical Support Voice Process specialist to handle inbound calls, diagnose networking issues, and provide step-by-step troubleshooting in a night-shift setting.

Ideal candidates are graduates with basic networking knowledge, strong communication skills, and willingness to work permanent night shifts. Cab facility is provided with a monthly deduction of 500.

• Profile: Technical Support Voice Process
• Location: Chandigarh
• Work Schedule: 5 days working + 2 rotational week-offs
• Shift: Night shift only
• Salary: Approximately 3 LPA
• Cab Facility: Two-way cab facility available; 500/month will be deducted towards the cab facility.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide technical support for networking, connectivity, and other technical issues.
• Understand customer concerns, diagnose issues, and provide appropriate troubleshooting and resolution.
• Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting procedures in a clear and professional manner.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work effectively in a 247 support environment, including the required night shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a technical/IT background will be preferred.
• Good understanding of basic networking, troubleshooting, and technical concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to work in permanent night shifts.
• Comfortable working 5 days a week with 2 rotational week-offs.
• Candidates should be willing to work from the Chandigarh location.
