Job summary

Sutherland in Navi Mumbai (Airoli area) is hiring for an International outbound tech sales voice process. The role requires 6 months to 1 year in international BPO tech support, with strong communication (B2h or above). 24/7 rotational shifts with two weekly offs.

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Salary up to 4 LPA, with last drawn salary as a reference. Uartly, the position focuses on troubleshooting, account resolution, retention, and upselling & cross-selling.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in international BPO/tech support.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
• Strong communication skills (B2 level or higher).

Responsibilities

• Handle international outbound tech sales calls.
