Job summary

Alpha-e Barcode Solutions in India is seeking a Technical Support Executive to provide software technical support and training on calls and remote sessions.

This role involves testing of new software, building client relationships, software installation, training, attending sessions, and reporting to the Support Manager daily; familiarity with SQL and Crystal Reports is a plus.
