ALAN Electronic Systems Private Limited in Mumbai is seeking a Clinical Application Engineer Trainee to work closely with surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, supporting the implementation of cutting-edge medical technologies.

The role requires a Biomedical Engineering graduate, strong communication skills, and the willingness to travel and train staff in operating rooms. You will provide first-level technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• B.E./B.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering is required.
• Final-year students or graduates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
• Willing to travel extensively and work in hospital/operating room environments.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; regional languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate and support ALAN's surgical vision systems and related equipment.
• Assist during clinical evaluations and product demonstrations in hospitals/ORs.
• Conduct product training sessions for surgeons, nurses, biomedical engineers, and hospital staff.
• Provide first-level technical support by troubleshooting setup and configuration issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Product Development, and Clinical teams for customer support.
• Maintain reports on demonstrations, visits, training sessions, and product evaluations.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights for product improvement.
