Job summary

Sutherland in Hyderabad seeks a network operations professional with strong NOC experience to support enterprise networks.

You will handle routing and switching, firewall administration, and monitor devices using SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, or Zabbix, while adhering to ITIL incident, problem and change management processes. L2 support and log analysis are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have hands-on experience in network operations and NOC roles.
• Proficiency in routing and switching concepts.
• Experience with firewall administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, NAT, VPNs, DNS.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix.
• Strong L2 support and ITIL process familiarity (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Ability to analyze logs and implement corrective actions.
