Job summary

You will troubleshoot routing and switching issues on various devices, configure and manage routing protocols like OSPF and BGP, and monitor network performance. Qualifications

• Provide Level 2 support for LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall issues
• Troubleshoot routing and switching issues on devices like Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, or Hewlett Packard Enterprise equipment
• Configure and manage VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and other routing protocols
• Manage firewall configurations (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks)
• Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds
• Perform firmware upgrades, patch management, and configuration backups
• Implement and maintain network security policies
• Handle incident management and root cause analysis
• Support network documentation and topology diagrams
• Coordinate with L3 engineers and vendors for complex issues

Technical Skills Required
