The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting system and database issues, and ensuring high availability and performance of mission‑critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for Linux-based servers and Oracle database environments.
• Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure uptime and reliability.
• Troubleshoot OS, and database‑related issues and elevate when necessary.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and perform regular audits.
• Support deployment and configuration of applications in Linux environments.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Linux system administration and Oracle database support.
• Strong knowledge of RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu and shell scripting.
• Experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c, including RMAN, Data Pump, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana, etc.).
• Understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
