Role & responsibilities

Must be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
2. Thorough understanding of hardware, software, and systems engineering.
3. Able to diagnose issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and providing effective solutions. Staying current with technological advancements and continuously upgrading technical skill.
4. Must be willing to continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.

8. Experience in reconciliation of Bank products
9. Proficiency in MS Office/Office 365 Products
10. Capable of preparing MIS and data analysis
11. Proficient in MS Excel, MS word, Power Point, and capability of preparing MIS and draw analysis.
12. Good Knowledge of account, charge-back and POS transactions.
13. Good communication skills
