Job summary

Growatt New Energy is seeking a proactive and skilled technical support Engineer to deliver technical assistance for market products, train distributors and installers, and collaborate with HQ to improve product quality.

The role focuses on diagnosing faults, maintaining documentation, and handling customer inquiries while ensuring timely system upgrades and smooth maintenance services in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields preferred.
• Experience in electrical or PV industry service is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and self-learning skills.
• Excellent communication, customer handling, and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and technical documentation.
