Talent Acquaintance is seeking a chat-based customer support professional to deliver exceptional service and resolve inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate CRM records, and continually update product knowledge to provide accurate information and a great customer experience. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in chat or non-voice BPO.
