Talent Acquaintance is hiring for a chat support role in Ahmedabad to provide exceptional customer service through text-based conversations. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and document interactions in the CRM system, while continuously updating knowledge of our products and services.

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a chat or non-voice BPO setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
