Job summary

WebFills is urgently hiring a technical support associate to assist customers with software and application issues. You will troubleshoot problems, guide users, and coordinate with product teams to resolve issues.

We require 1–3 years of technical support experience, and product training will be provided. Fluency in English is required, and familiarity with Goa, India location is a plus for local operations.
