Job summary

LANXESS is hiring in Thane, India for a SAP Authorization role. The job involves ticket processing, user communication, and ERP system support (S/4 HANA, GTS).

You will manage ABAP and Fiori roles, perform testing, documentation and communication, and ensure user/role management aligns with SAP Authorization guidelines. The position requires SAP Authorization experience, project management skills and strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets including user communication and ERP system support (S/4 HANA, SAP GTS)
• Manage ABAP & Fiori roles; develop, test, document and communicate changes
• Perform user and role management per SAP Authorization guidelines
• Support user and role management in SAP Public Cloud ERP
• Assist audits by SAP Authorization scope and documentation
• Handle SAP IBP Authorization requests
• Create technical KPI reports for SAP Authorization
• Prepare management reports for SAP Authorization
• Participate in authorization project management as a team member

• Ticket processing incl. user communication Support of ERP systems (S/4 HANA) and SAP GTS
• Role management for ABAP & FIORI / (S/4 HANA & GTS) Analysis, development, testing, documentation, communication
• User request and Role management as per guidelines set by SAP Authorization team
• Support User and Role Management in SAP Public Cloud ERP
• Managing & supporting internal and external IT audits (scope – SAP Authorization)
• Supporting SAP IBP Authorization Requests
• Creating Technical KPI reports - SAP Authorization
• Creating Management Reports - SAP Authorization
• Authorization project management / be a project team member
