Job summary

Lanxess India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced contracts professional to finalize TS/GSS, ARC and manpower contracts, and manage operation/packing agreements.

You will ensure competitive pricing and contracting terms aligned with internal stakeholders, while supporting audits, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts in catalogues and supplier engagement. The role also contributes to TfS initiatives and supplier onboarding metrics.

Qualifications

• Education background in commerce or engineering.
• Experience in contract finalisation and management.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder handling.

Responsibilities

• Finalise contracts for TS / GSS, ARC and manpower; manage operation/packing contracts.
• Ensure proper pricing and contracting terms aligned with internal stakeholders.
• Support audits, documentation, and continuous process improvements for catalogues and supplier engagements.
• Support TfS initiatives and supplier onboarding metrics.

Job Highlights

Here are the main job responsibilities-

• Responsible for finalisation of contracts for TS / GSS , ARC based contracts, manpower based as well as operation / packing based contracts.
  Specialist, responsible for right pricing with right contracting terms including alignment with internal stakeholders at right time.
• Other GSS activities include all packing, filling and ETP operation related contracts in a cost effective and timely manner.
• AUDIT – fulfil the requirement of audit, ensure proper documentation.
  Automation – Continued efforts on creating more catalogues and agreements so as to achieve high automation rate.
  TfS – Together for sustainability – more focus and try level best in bringing more suppliers on TfS platform. Yearly success will include this measurement as well.
