Job summary

LANXESS in Thane, India, is seeking a SAP Source-to-Pay (STP) specialist to support global STP processes in S/4HANA and Cloud ERP. The role focuses on maintaining templates and providing day-to-day procurement operations support.

You will work with a global team, handle PR/PO, catalog management, and contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. BE/B.Tech in CS/IT with 1–3 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech in CS or IT.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in IT / SAP STP.
• SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement certified.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with global teams.
• Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

This position is designed to develop expertise in SAP Source-to-Pay (STP) solutions. The role will support global SAP STP processes in S/4HANA, Cloud ERP while assisting in the maintenance of global templates and providing day-to-day support for procurement operations. Through hands-on involvement, the incumbent will build knowledge of SAP STP processes and contribute to global procurement transformation initiatives

• Functional support of the procument processes / applications, PR / PO, Catalog management etc.
• Basic Cloud ERP / SAP MM / Source To Pay support.
• Competency to work in a global team with colleagues from APAC, Europe and the USA.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and support SAP S/4HANA implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience / Skills

• Specific Education - BE / B.Tech in CS or IT
• Work Experience - 1 to 3 years.
• Special Skills
