Job summary

Niit Learning Systems in Gurgaon (Work from Office) is seeking an Executive LMS Support to join our team on a full-time basis with rotational shifts, including night work. Immediate joiners are preferred.

You will support SAP Learning platforms for global customers, manage tickets and escalations, collaborate with international stakeholders, and contribute to reporting and process improvements. 2–5 years in BPO/International Voice and a technical degree are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in BPO / International Voice (Blended process).
• Technical graduate (BCA / B.Tech / B.E.).
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and customer support to global customers on SAP Learning platforms (Training Shop & Certification Hub).
• Handle tickets, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and internal teams.
• Perform reporting, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
