Job summary

NIIT MTS in Gurugram is seeking an Executive LMS Support / LMS Admin (L2) to manage SAP Learning platforms. The role demands strong communication and troubleshooting skills and offers exposure to global clients.

You will handle incidents end-to-end, coordinate with cross-functional teams, generate usage reports, and contribute to platform enhancements while maintaining GDPR compliance and a rotating night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in L2 support for SAP Learning or LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of GDPR compliance is a plus.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for SAP Learning, Training Shop & Certification Hub.
• Handle complex issues and customer escalations.
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of incidents and perform RCA.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and teams.
• Generate learning usage and customer reports.
• Drive process improvements and platform enhancements.
• Ensure GDPR compliance.
