Job summary

TechB Energy LLP is seeking a Graduate Trainee Engineer for Solar, BESS and Renewable Energy projects on site in Maharashtra. The role targets candidates with a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or related field and 1+ year of exposure to solar/RE projects.

Based in Hadapsar, Pune, you will support site execution, coordinate with teams and vendors, and assist in testing, commissioning, and documentation while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or related field (minimum).
Experience in Solar/BESS/RE project execution is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support site execution and installation of Solar/BESS/RE projects.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors.
Monitor site activities and maintain documentation.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure safety and project quality standards.
Prepare progress reports and support project tracking.
