Responsibilities

• Install and commission robotic orthopedic systems.

• Provide technical support during robotic-assisted procedures.
• Coordinate with clinical teams and OT staff.
• Prepare demonstrations, documentation, and training materials.
• Travel to customer sites for service support.

About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on advanced robotic orthopedic surgical systems at the intersection of Robotics, Healthcare, and Engineering.

Selected candidates will be responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and technical support of robotic-assisted orthopedic systems across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & commissioning of robotic orthopedic systems
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and electromechanical issues
• Preventive maintenance & servicing of robotic systems
• Technical support during robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Coordination with hospital biomedical teams, surgeons, and OT staff
• Product demonstrations, technical documentation, and user training
• Traveling to customer locations for service support
