Job summary

Ayvens in Bengaluru is hiring a service-focused professional to handle customer service requests and scrutinize repair estimates. You will coordinate with insurance workshops for accident management and provide customers with essential technical upkeep information.

The role also involves designing processes to improve customer experience, ensuring invoice payments across departments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships while keeping costs within budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Graduate (Automobile) required.
• 2–4 years of TSA service experience in the automobile sector.
• Core technical knowledge of automobile repair processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer centric approach and problem-solving ability.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Capable of handling customer service requests and inquiries.

• Capable of handling Customer service requests.

Requirements:
