Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a skilled TSA in service in the automobile sector to join our customer-centric team. You will handle service requests, scrutinize estimates, approve service and repairs for workshops, and coordinate with insurance companies and workshops for accident management.

Fluent English and Hindi, a Diploma/Graduate in Automobile, and 2–4 years of TSA service experience are required. You will contribute to customer experience improvements and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Graduate (Automobile) with 2–4 years of TSA service experience in automobile sector.
• Core technical knowledge of automobiles & repair processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric approach and team player.
• Fluent in English and spoken Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge.

• To ensure approval cost well within the budgets.
• To actively participate with team in projects related to CSD.
