Job summary

Ayvens in India is seeking a Customer Service professional to understand vehicle issues, manage service requirements, and communicate progress to customers. The role covers Service Coordination with internal teams and workshops.

You will ensure timely repairs in coordination with insurers and OEMs, share complaints, approve repairs, and explain service processes. Strong CRM and MS Office skills, plus 2–5 years in auto dealership or service centers, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Automotive certification preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar in the automobile industry.

Customer Service

• Understand vehicle issues and service / damage requirements.


• Sharing complaints and approve required repairs / coordination with insurer.


• Explain service processes, repair requirements, and completion timelines.


• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service / damage progress.

Service Coordination

• Coordination with internal and driver team.


• Create the job list and enter approval details in orders accurately in system.


• Coordinate with workshop to diagnose and repair vehicles as per approval.


• Monitor service status and ensure timely completion of work.


• Escalation to workshop / OEM / Internal team wherever required.


• Arrange parts availability in coordination with the workshop team.

Customer Satisfaction

• Address customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.


• Ensure high Net Promotor (NPS) scores.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.


• Automotive certification preferred.

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience as a Service Advisor, or similar role in the automobile industry.


• Experience working in dealerships or authorized service centers preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Sound technical knowledge of automobiles and vehicle systems.


• Ability to explain technical issues in simple customer-friendly language.


• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.


• Proficiency in Systems, CRM software, and MS Office.


• Time management and multitasking capabilities.

Working Conditions

• Work primarily in automobile dealerships, service centers, or workshops.
