Job summary

Ayvens in Bengaluru is seeking a Service TSA with an automobile background to handle customer requests, review estimates, and coordinate with workshops and insurers for accident management.

You will provide technical upkeep guidance, drive process improvements to enhance customer experience, and collaborate across teams to ensure budgets and timely payments, while maintaining vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduate in Automobile field.
• 2–4 years of TSA experience in automobile service.
• Strong core technical knowledge of automobiles and repair processes.
• Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
• Problem analysis and problem solving with a customer-centric approach.
• Team player with ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service requests effectively.
• Scrutinize estimates and approve service and repairs.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and workshops for accident management.
• Provide customers with technical upkeep information.
• Design measures to enhance customer experience.
• Coordinate payments with dealers across departments.

• Capable of handling Customer service requests.
• Scrutinize estimates and provide approvals for service & repairs to workshop.
• Coordinate with insurance Co. & workshop for accident management.
• Provide Customers with technical information for the upkeep of the vehicle.
• To proactively design measures / processes to enhance Customer experience.
• Ensure coordination between all departments with regards to payment of invoices to dealers.
• Responsible for maintaining healthy relationship with vendors.
• To ensure approval cost well within the budgets.
• To actively participate with team in projects related to CSD.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Graduate (Automobile)
• 2-4 years of experience for TSA in service in Automobile sector
