Job summary

Ayvens seeks a detail-oriented billing support professional in Mumbai to manage invoicing workflows and ensure contract accuracy. You will generate invoices and credit notes, enforce GST compliance, and collaborate with collections, sales and operations to maintain clean billing data.

In this role you will also help prepare month-end reconciliations and assist with system change testing. A strong eye for detail and familiarity with ERP billing are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with invoicing processes and contract terms.
• Knowledge of GST rules and E-invoicing standards.
• Familiarity with ERP-based billing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Timely generation of invoices and credit notes in system.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness as per signed contracts.
• Ensure invoicing complies with GST E-invoicing conditions.
• Coordinate with Collection, Sales and Ops to ensure accurate billing data.
• Assist in reconciliations for monthly reporting and statutory audits.
• Assist in testing for system developments.

• Work closely with other departments, such as Collection / Sales and Operations team, to ensure accurate billing information, internal customer satisfaction and minimize escalations.
