Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a TSA in automobile service with 2-4 years of experience to support customer service processes and workshop operations in Bengaluru. You will review estimates, approve repairs, and coordinate with insurers while delivering technical guidance and proactive improvements to the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Graduate in Automobile field.
• 2-4 years of TSA experience in automobile service.

• Capable of handling Customer service requests.
• Scrutinize estimates and provide approvals for service & repairs to workshop.
