Job summary

Ayvens in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Executive - Remarketing Operations on a contract extension to support customer communications and process efficiency. You will coordinate deposits, invoicing, and supplier interactions to ensure timely transfers and accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have 4-5 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining compliance and service quality.

Qualifications

• Education: B.com; Post Graduation Degree / MBA.
• Experience: 4-5 years in remarketing/admin coordination.
• Skills: strong communication, vendor mgmt, Excel tracking.

Responsibilities

• Track security deposit refunds after Ownership Transfer and coordinate with Finance.
• Prepare wear and tear reports for rebill to client (unpaid challans, refurbishments).
• Manage supplier invoices and provisions across India; keep active and monthly submissions.
• Track and clear unpaid traffic challans; rebill clients with supporting docs.
• Ensure no escalations; monthly supplier SLA reviews and circulate MOM.

Whom are we looking for?

Job Summary | Senior Executive - Remarketing Operations - Contract extension and customer communication

What would you be responsible for?

• Tracking and submission of security deposit refund after Ownership Transfer - Keep a track on all transfer documents and arrangement of security deposit refund through finance.
• Consolidated wear and tear report for rebill to client sent to finance basis (unpaid Traffic Challans, FastTag, Refurbishments) assessment by field operations team
• Supplier Invoices & Provision management - local and all India - All supplier agreements local and all India to be tracked and maintained active by date and not in expired state and invoices for their services should be submitted monthly. Provisions must be submitted monthly to Finance
• Tracking and clearance of unpaid traffic challans and rebill to customer - Unpaid challans not cleared by users/clients’ to be paid by appointed supplier and rebill to be raised to clients along with supporting invoice and documents
• Ensuring no escalations and timely coordination’s with suppliers to avoid escalations - Monthly review with supplier to follow-up on SLA’s, submitting MOM within team.
