The role requires 5–8 years of Scrum Master experience, with a strong grasp of Agile principles and excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Review, Retrospective).
• Foster a collaborative, self‑organizing team and remove impediments.
• Refine backlog with Product Owner and maintain backlog health.
• Track progress using Agile metrics and report velocity and progress.
• Identify areas for improvement and promote continuous improvement.
• Resolve conflicts and protect the team from external distractions.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting goals.

.NET-based enterprise solutions. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Foster a collaborative and self‑organizing team environment. Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well‑defined and prioritized backlog. Assist in refining user stories and maintaining a healthy backlog.
• Track and communicate team progress using relevant Agile metrics. Provide visibility into team velocity, sprint/release progress, and other key performance indicators.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team productivity. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
• Address and resolve conflicts within the team. Act as a buffer between the team and external distractions, ensuring a focused and productive work environment.
• Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders. Ensure transparency and understanding of project goals and progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impede the team's ability to achieve its goals. Proactively address potential issues.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile development environments.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum. Familiarity with other Agile frameworks is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex challenges.
• Good understanding of software development processes and technology is a plus.
