Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive Agile best practices to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of analytics/data science/software projects.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to manage priorities and remove impediments.
• Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and delivery timelines.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience working on analytics, data science, or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Mandatory Certification

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

Good to Have

• Exposure to data platforms, AI/ML workflows, or cloud environments (Azure/GCP).
• Experience working with cross‑functional and distributed teams.
