Job summary

Agiliad is seeking an experienced Scrum Master (8-10 years) to lead complex software initiatives in a health-care oriented environment. The role combines strong technical acumen with leadership and process management to drive planning and delivery on time and budget.

You will facilitate cross-functional teams, manage risks, mentor teams in Agile practices, and help implement tools like Jira/Azure DevOps to standardize reporting and enhance delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in software development or IT infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record delivering complex multi-platform software projects (Windows/Linux, cloud/on-premises).
• Technical proficiency in .NET Core, REST APIs, cloud services, and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex software projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and resource allocation; define milestones and success criteria.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests; proactively address issues to ensure project continuity.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Guide teams on architectural principles and solution design; collaborate with architects, engineering leads, and QA.
• Design, implement, and optimize PM processes and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps); standardize reporting and communication across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Program Project Management

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex software projects (e.g., Unifi Agent). Develope and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Define milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business and technical requirements. Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests; proactively address issues to ensure project continuity.

Scrum MasterAgile Delivery Facilitate allScrumceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).

Technical Leadership

Understand architectural principles, software requirements, and solution design to guide teams and resolve technical challenges. Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, and QA to ensure technical excellence and adherence to standards.

Design, implement, and optimize project management processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Standardize documentation, reporting, and communication practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or equivalent.
