Role Summary

We are seeking a certified Scrum Master with strong hands‑on experience in Agile delivery to drive high‑performing Scrum teams. The ideal candidate is proactive,delivery‑focused, and skilled at coaching teams, removing impediments, and ensuring Agile best practices are consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more cross‑functionalAgile teams
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, DailyStand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuringcontinuous improvement and high team maturity
Proactively identify and remove impediments that blockteam progress
Partner with Product Owners to ensure a healthy,prioritized, and well‑groomed backlog
Track and communicate Agile metrics (velocity, burndown,cycle time, predictability)
Maintain Risk Registers for the project and ensure mitigationthrough stakeholders collaboration.
Create and maintain the Project plans throughout the projectlifecycle.
Drive on‑time, high‑quality delivery aligned withbusiness priorities
Act as a change agent, promoting Agile mindset acrossstakeholders
Collaborate with Developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams tooptimize delivery flow
Ensure transparency, visibility, and effective communicationacross all levels

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a ScrumMaster in Agile delivery environments
Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM /SAFe SM or equivalent – mandatory
Strong practical experience with Scrum, Agile frameworks,and iterative delivery
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders andresolve conflicts proactively
Experience working with cross‑functional teams (developer,QA, product
Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
Hands‑on experience using Agile tools such as Jira,Confluence, etc.
Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting
