Job summary

BEO Software in India seeks a Scrum Master to support agile teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in agile environments, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes impediments, and coaches teams and stakeholders in agile ways of working. Strong English communication and Scrum certification are a plus; distributed or international teams experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master in agile software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and agile methodologies.
• Ability to identify and remove blockers and support the team in improving delivery processes.
• Strong communication, moderation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and self-organized teams.
• Confident communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Scrum certification is a plus.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams is a plus.
