Job summary

Ideas Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi seeks an experienced Business Manager to lead growth initiatives, shape strategic plans, and optimize operations across teams.

You will drive revenue, mentor the sales force, and foster OEM partnerships while ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines. The role requires travel readiness, strong leadership, and a proven ability to translate business goals into actionable plans with measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as business manager or relevant role in Delhi NCR or Punjab territory (4-10 yrs of industrial sales experience).
• Open to travel.
• Excellent team handling/ leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems, CRM.
