Pagaar India is seeking experienced Technical Sales Executives for an International BPOPrinter Subscription Sales Process. The role focuses on inbound sales of printer subscription plans and related technical services, with opportunities to upsell printer support and value-added services.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years in international BPO or technical sales, excellent English, and the ability to convert inquiries into subscriptions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• We require a graduate or undergraduate with 1–7 years of International BPO/Sales exposure.
• Excellent spoken English and strong sales/objection-handling skills are essential.
• Comfortable working in US Night Shift with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international calls and sell printer subscription plans.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend subscription packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell printer support plans and add-on services.
• Explain benefits, pricing, and renewal options to customers.
• Deliver strong customer service while achieving sales targets.
