Job summary

Pagaar India is hiring for an Inbound Technical Support & Subscription Sales Executive to join an international BPO. The role focuses on providing technical support for printers, antivirus software, emails, and software, while selling annual subscription plans.

Night shift is common with immediate joining, and growth opportunities exist through incentives and training in a US process environment.

Qualifications

• We are seeking candidates with 5–10 years of experience in technical support or technical sales.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to printers, antivirus software, email, Windows, and software applications.
• Proven skill in upselling and closing subscription-based plans.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers for technical support and subscription sales.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to printers, antivirus software, email, Windows and software applications.
• Recommend and sell annual technical support and subscription plans.
• Upsell premium technical services and software subscriptions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and meet sales targets.
• Provide remote support using remote desktop tools and ensure quality standards.
