Job summary

Celebal Technologies is seeking a high-performing Lead Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for its Data & AI engineering teams. As an individual contributor, you will partner with engineering leaders to source, engage, and hire top talent across Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Databricks, and SAP ecosystems globally.

Job description

We are seeking a high-performing, hands-on Lead Technical Recruiter to own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our growing Data & AI engineering teams. Operating as an individual contributor, you will partner directly with engineering leaders to source, engage, and hire top-tier talent in Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Databricks, and SAP ecosystems across multiple global regions

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Execute full-lifecycle technical recruitment—from job intake and sourcing to final offer negotiations and closing
• Deep Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates across specialized talent pools (GitHub, Kaggle, LinkedIn, technical communities) globally
• Data & AI Expertise: Screen for deep technical skill sets in Databricks, PySpark, Data Architecture, LLM/Generative AI, Data Science, and Enterprise SAP integration
• Global Talent Acquisition: Navigate localized compensation landscapes, employment regulations, and global remote sourcing strategies across North America, Europe, and APAC
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to CTOs, VPs of Data, and Hiring Managers, delivering market intelligence and talent mapping insights
• Candidate Experience: Ensure an efficient, high-touch interview process that reflects our culture and keeps offer conversion rates high

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical recruitment experience, with at least 5+ years focused specifically on Data Engineering, Data Science, AI, and Big Data technologies
• Proven track record as a hands-on individual contributor hiring globally
• Strong domain understanding of tools/frameworks: Databricks, Snowflake, Python, Spark, SAP Data & Analytics, Machine Learning pipelines, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience running full cycle recruitment using modern ATS platforms and AI-driven sourcing tools
• Exceptional offer negotiation skills across varied international tax and compensation structures.
